Ludhiana West Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Gurpreet Gogi tragically passed away late on Friday night after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. The incident took place at his residence, causing shockwaves across Punjab.
Family members and security personnel present in the house immediately rushed him to Dayanand Medical College (DMC) in Ludhiana for treatment. However, doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
According to initial reports, the sound of gunfire caused panic in the house. When family members rushed to his room, they found the MLA lying in a pool of blood. The scene was described as chaotic and deeply distressing.
