Haryana Minister Anil Vij has responded to the show cause notice issued by the party over indiscipline. In his eight-page reply, he has reportedly highlighted several concerns, including alleged misconduct by officials in the state and a conspiracy to defeat him in the assembly elections.
Speaking to the media, Vij confirmed that he had submitted his response but refused to disclose its contents, calling it an internal matter of the party. The notice was issued on February 10, with a three-day deadline for a reply. The response was sent on the last day, as per reports.
Vij had earlier raised questions about the working style of the Chief Minister. He remarked that the Chief Minister remains detached from ground realities and suggested that he should engage more with MLAs, MPs, and ministers to understand their concerns.
He also shared pictures of individuals he claimed had worked against him in the elections. According to him, these people were seen supporting an independent candidate from his constituency.
In addition, he expressed concerns about the inaction of officials. He stated that despite calls for action against certain officials and employees, no steps had been taken. In protest, he stopped holding his weekly Janata Darbar and has not conducted any meetings of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
Vij’s strong remarks and decisions have sparked discussions within the party. The response to his claims and the party’s next steps remain to be seen.
