In a defiant response to the central government’s rejected proposal, farmers have declared a march to Delhi scheduled for tomorrow at 11 am. The tension has escalated at the Shambhu border as police have tightened barricading in an attempt to thwart the movement. Undeterred, farmers have devised a bold strategy involving the construction of makeshift ramps using sacks filled with soil and sand.
The scene at Shambhu border is transforming as farmers unload sacks and build bunkers, creating a unique spectacle. The innovative approach aims to use these ramps as bridges to cross police barricades effectively. The farmers, engaged in this strategic endeavor for the past 6-7 days, have amassed around 10 trolleys filled with sacks. To expedite the process, a JCB and Hydra machine have been brought to the site.
Confident in their plan, farmer leaders assert that once given the signal, they will dismantle all barricades within an hour. The march to Delhi is not only a protest but also a demonstration of resourcefulness as the agricultural community seeks to make its voice heard. The Shambhu border anticipates an eventful day ahead as the farmers embark on this unconventional journey.
