People in Gaza are celebrating after the announcement of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas. Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that both sides have agreed to the first phase of his 20-point Gaza ceasefire plan. The initial agreement, announced on Thursday, includes the release of all remaining Israeli hostages and hundreds of Palestinian prisoners. It also promises the withdrawal of Israeli forces and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

However, the exact details and timeline of these steps are still unclear. Many people are hopeful that this agreement will finally bring peace after months of violence and suffering. Streets in Gaza were filled with joy and relief as families prayed for stability and the safe return of their loved ones.

At the same time, some residents remain uncertain. Despite the ceasefire announcement, explosions were heard in parts of northern and southern Gaza on Friday. People are anxious, unsure when the ceasefire will officially take effect and when it will be safe to return to their homes. For now, the people of Gaza are clinging to hope that this peace will last and that normal life will soon return.
