In a spirited address during his ‘Bharat Joko Nyaya Yatra’ roadshow in Jharkhand’s Dhanbad district, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi emphasized his party’s commitment to the welfare of tribal communities and the empowerment of the youth. Taking a stand against the privatization of government-owned units, Gandhi underscored the need for justice for the country’s tribal population.

Starting the day from Govindpur in Dhanbad city after a night halt in Tundi block, Gandhi expressed the Congress party’s core values, stating, “The Congress party stands for the water-forest-land of the tribal people and works for the education and employment of the youth.” He highlighted the party’s focus on crucial issues such as safeguarding tribal rights and ensuring opportunities for the younger generation.

During his address, Gandhi addressed the challenges faced by the youth, attributing their struggles to economic imbalances, demonetization, the implementation of GST, and rising unemployment. He passionately asserted that these factors have adversely impacted the future prospects of the country’s youth.

The ‘Bharat Joko Nyaya Yatra’ aims to connect with the grassroots and understand the concerns of the people directly. Gandhi’s call to protect government-owned units from falling into private hands aligns with the broader vision of equitable development and social justice.

As the roadshow progresses, Rahul Gandhi’s emphasis on tribal welfare and youth empowerment resonates with the party’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and just society. The Yatra serves as a platform for dialogue, fostering a connection between political leaders and the aspirations of the people they aim to represent.
