The ongoing Punjab Bachao Yatra, initiated by the Shiromani Akali Dal, reached the Jandiala Guru constituency today, making its way from village Badala to Thothian, Jandiala Guru, and Tangra. Party president Sukhbir Singh Badal seized the occasion to criticize the Aam Aadmi government, expressing confidence that the people of Punjab would usher the Aam Aadmi Party out in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Sukhbir Singh Badal boldly declared that the Shiromani Akali Dal aimed to secure all 13 seats in the elections, illustrating the party’s determination to reclaim political ground. The spirited participation of the people of Jandiala Guru during the Punjab Bachao Yatra was a spectacle, with a considerable number of local residents joining the event with unwavering enthusiasm.
The rally was graced by the presence of prominent Akali leaders, including Bikram Singh Majithia and Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, emphasizing the party’s united front in addressing the concerns of the people. Satinderjit Singh Chhajalwadi, the constituency in-charge for Jandiala Guru, along with former Municipal Council President Ravinder Pal Kukku, Surinder Pal Singh, Prikshat Sharma, Sunny Sharma, and numerous Akali workers, added strength to the gathering.
Sukhbir Singh Badal, in his address, not only criticized the Aam Aadmi Party’s governance but also rallied the support of the people, promising a decisive change in the political landscape. The vibrant atmosphere reflected the collective determination of the Shiromani Akali Dal and its supporters to safeguard the interests of Punjab.
