Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will not be able to attend his scheduled election programs in Haryana on Monday, as he has been advised to rest. Kharge was originally set to address two rallies, one in Ambala city and another in Gharonda, Karnal district, as part of the Congress’s campaign efforts in the state.

A senior party leader confirmed the change in plans, stating, “The Congress president is unable to travel today due to health reasons, as he has been advised to rest.” Although Kharge’s absence is unexpected, the party has ensured that state leaders will address the rallies in his place.

The rallies are expected to go on as planned, with local Congress leaders stepping in to deliver the speeches and continue the campaign in support of the party’s candidates. Kharge’s health update has caused some concern, but the party remains optimistic about its electoral efforts in Haryana.

The Congress leadership emphasized that Kharge’s well-being is a priority, and they will ensure he recovers fully before resuming his public engagements. Meanwhile, state leaders will keep the momentum going in Haryana’s election campaign.
