In a post on X, Shah criticized Rahul Gandhi for promoting division based on language, region, and religion, describing this as a reflection of the Congress leader’s “distributive” mindset. Shah also targeted Gandhi for his remarks on the reservation system, accusing him of exposing the Congress party’s anti-reservation stance. He assured that as long as the BJP is in power, the reservation system will remain intact, and no one will be allowed to undermine the unity of the country.

A senior BJP leader echoed these sentiments, emphasizing that the party is committed to preserving both reservation and national unity. Shah’s remarks come amid ongoing political tensions and debates over issues of national security and social justice, highlighting the deepening divide between the ruling BJP and the opposition Congress party.
