The government informed the apex court that 14 states & Union Territories including Punjab, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Goa, West Bengal, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Ladakh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Chandigarh have submitted their views
