Jalandhar:The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD)-Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) alliance on Tuesday announced the candidature of two-time Punjab legislator Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi as its joint candidate for the Jalandhar parliamentary bypoll slated on May 10.
