Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut announced that agreement has been reached for 270 out of 288 seats. He mentioned that smaller parties, including Samajwadi Party, PWP, CPM, CPI, and AAP, would be accommodated on the remaining seats. The MVA is committed to defeating the ruling Mahayuti alliance.

Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole confirmed that the remaining seats would be left for smaller parties to contest.

In the Shiv Sena (UBT) list, prominent leader Aditya Thackeray will contest from the Worli Assembly seat, while Kedar Dighe will challenge Chief Minister Eknath Shinde in the Kopri-Panchpakhri seat.
