Following the Supreme Court’s dismissal of petitions pertaining to VVPAT (Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail), the Congress party has reiterated its commitment to advocate for broader VVPAT implementation to bolster public trust in the electoral system. Party General Secretary Jairam Ramesh emphasized that the Congress was not directly or indirectly involved in the filed petitions.
