On ‘X’ evening, Afghanistan experienced tremors as a 5.3 magnitude earthquake struck the region at approximately 8:54 pm local time. The National Geology Center reported the epicenter of the quake at a depth of 146 km within the earth.
Thankfully, there have been no reports of casualties or significant damage at the time of writing. The earthquake, though moderately strong, did not result in any loss of life or property.
