Security agencies in New Delhi became alert on Monday after Delhi Police received a threatening email claiming that bombs had been planted at the Red Fort and the Delhi Legislative Assembly. The email was reportedly sent in the name of a Khalistani group and warned that the assembly building could be blown up by 3 PM. As soon as the message was received, panic spread in the area and security was immediately tightened.

Police, bomb disposal squads, and other security teams quickly reached the Delhi Legislative Assembly complex and started a detailed search operation. Every corner of the area was carefully checked to ensure public safety. According to the police, no suspicious or dangerous object was found during the search. Officials said the situation is under control, but security has been increased as a precaution.
Meanwhile, cyber cell teams have started investigating the email to find out who sent it and from where it was sent. Authorities are taking the threat seriously and monitoring the situation closely. They have assured people that all necessary steps are being taken to keep the city safe.
